A(TOM)ICX is a curator and multi-disciplinary artist best known for their immersive and evocative events, along with their distinct black and white photography. Their practice focuses on raw, experimental documentation and poses an uncensored response to contemporary society.
A(TOM)ICX has established themself as a 'creative powerhouse', founding and directing three key creative initiatives, No Order Magazine, Sulfur and Riot Collective, in Brisbane's ever-expanding art scene. Each initiative focuses on providing a platform for a combination of established and emerging artists, along with highlighting femme, non binary and genderqueer creatives.
They have worked alongside galleries such as Mayne Line Gallery, Cordelia Street Gallery, Woollongabba Art Gallery, Bib 'n' Brace, BackDock Arts, The Station, Ipswich Gallery and Toowoomba Regional Gallery. A(TOM)ICX has also worked alongside organisations such as the Museum of Brisbane and festivals such as Brisbane Art Design Festival (BAD) to forge unique creative experiences within Brisbane.
